Tanja Geis: Wildfjords Artist Residency (WFAR)

Tanja Geis (UCB): $5,000 for Wildfjords Artist Residency (WFAR). Graduate Arts Grant.

The Wildfjords Artist Residency (WFAR) offers eight jury-selected international artists a week of camping and hiking along a section of the newly-developed 200km Wildfjords Trail in the Westfjords of Iceland. WFAR is an extension of my art practice and research which explores how consciously shifting and creatively refocusing our sensory attention might transform how we perceive, relate to, and behave towards non-human organisms and environments.
