A Without Walls Presentation
All performances take place at the San Diego Botanic Garden 230 Quail Gardens Drive, Encinitas, California.
Susurrus is a fascinating, site-specific piece by internationally-renowned artist David Leddy that will launch the Playhouse’s innovative Without Walls program. Audiences listen on iPods while following a mapped route through the beautiful San Diego Botanic Garden. Part radio play, part avant-garde sonic art and part stroll in the park, Susurrus offers the listener a poignant story of love and loss.
Contains adult themes. Recommended for a mature audience.
The piece includes about a mile of walking with some stairs and un-paved pathways. Performances take place rain or shine, umbrellas provided in case of rain.
