Rebecca Lord (UC Los Angeles): Staging Mendelssohn’s Elijah. March Mini Grants

Rebecca Lord will be presenting Mendelssohn’s “Elijah” on June 4th, 2013 at UC Los Angeles. A very dramatic oratorio on the life of the Old Testament prophet Elijah, by Felix Mendelssohn, will be performed by more than 200 singers of the UCLA Chorale and University Chorus, the UCLA Philharmonia and guest soloists.
