Professor (Corwin Endowed Chair of Composition) Clarence Barlow will frame a discussion of the historic and contemporary link between music, math, and the visual arts as a parallel form of avant-garde expression to the early Cubist experiment. Includes a brief film screening and original works by UCSB composition program graduate students.
