On September 24th, the NEA welcomes Rich Harwood of the Harwood Institute as our webinar guest speaker. Mr. Harwood is a leading authority on public innovation, and he will discuss ways organizations can engage their local communities in authentic ways resulting in successfulcollective impact efforts. NEA Arts Education Director Ayanna Hudson will moderate the discussion, which will also include a Q & A session with the public.
