Creation of a traveling tiny-camera kit (“Travel Kit”) for feminist sci-art media practice to be managed through the UCSD Visual Art Catalyst Lab, and production of three beta videos by lab members who will re-perform and re-document archival film, sound recordings, performance and photographic works of Zora Neale Hurston, Ana Mendieta, and Barbara McClintock, major 20th-century figures in social science, art and biology.
