Ryan Burkhard: IV Bakery Documentary

Ryan Burkhard (Santa Barbara, Film Studies) Undergraduate

The IV Bakery Documentary film project follows Art Design students from UCSB in their task of using environmentally conscious methods of remodeling the former IV Bakery. In addition to documenting the design team’s progress, the documentary puts a self-reflexive focus on the filmmaking by documenting how filmmakers are doing their part to contribute to the community, as well as gauging the opinion of community members about the effort to make a collective, environmental impact.
