Christian McBride Trio is Coming to the Mondavi Center

Christian McBride’s ability to slip between styles while maintaining his distinctive sound has made him both a sought after sideman (Diana Krall, Sting) and a bandleader of uncommon accomplishment. His recent projects include touring as part of Chick Corea and John McLaughlin’s Five Peace Band and a series of duets titled Conversations with Christian. McBride brings a new trio for his return to the Vanderhoef Studio Theatre, where he first appeared 10 years ago as the first jazz artist to perform in the Mondavi Center’s inaugural season.
