ARTS COLLOQUIUM – Eric Beltz, Thurs, April 3, 5PM AT UC SANTA BARBARA

When: Thursday, April 3, 2014, 5-7 pm

Location: Embarcadero Hall located in Isla Vista, UC Santa Barbara

The UCSB Department of Art & College of Creative Studies have organized a series of talks by artists who have attended UCSB. This series acts as a precursor to the exhibition, Starting Here: A Selection of Distinguished Artists from UCSB, which examines the rich artistic legacy of the school. All lectures are free and open to the public from 5:00 to 7:00 pm in UCSB’s Embarcadero Hall IV.

The first of these lectures begin next Thursday, April 3, 2014 with Eric Beltz, artist and lecturer at UC Santa Barbara. Beltz will also be the Museum’s next artist-in-residence and will execute a new, site specific wall drawing. Come learn about his process and this exciting project.
