
Arts and Economic Prosperity IV Released

Americans for the Arts has released the fourth version of their landmark Arts and Economic Prosperity reports, which documents the role played by the nonprofit arts and culture industry in strengthening the U.S.’s economy.
The report found that the arts generated $132.5 billion of economic activity and supported 4.1 million full-time jobs in 2010.
The last version of the report was released five years ago, and measured economic activity in 2005.
