
Artist Call: Japanese-American Farmer Memorial
The City of Santa Ana, California, seeks to commission an outdoor work of public art to commemorate the important role the Japanese-American immigrant agricultural community has had on the growth and prosperity of its region.
ELIGIBILITY: This call is open to professional artists living in the state of California.
BUDGET: $80,000 for the design, fabrication, and transportation of the artwork to the site. The City will install the work.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: April 1, 2014.
