Artist Call- Free Exhibition Space for SF Artists

“Do not ask what the world needs – ask yourself – What makes you come alive? And Go Do It! Because what the world needs is more people to come alive.” – Howard Thurman

The Happiness Institute is a new co-working facility inspired by the above mission statement and designed to balance the feminine and masculine. We are currently offering a Beta Community Innovator Membership for professionals and entrepreneurs in the Bay Area who seek to join us as we build out our space, design our membership packages, and set our Fall and Spring workshop and event schedules.

The Happiness Institute is a dynamic environment with an abundance of wall space where we would like to begin continually showcasing the work of local artists. We are centrally located at 1720 Market Street where Market meets Valencia Street. We plan to welcome increased traffic into the space as we plan our workshop series and frequently host public and private events.

We are currently offering free exhibition space to local artists who are looking for exposure and possible sales.

We are accepting artist submissions for work to be displayed as early as mid-November, for a one to two month exhibition. We have space to feature several artists, and we would like to plan an artist reception event upon installation of the show.

Please send photos of your work or links to your website to for consideration. Although we would like to include everyone, we can respond to only a limited number of applicants.

Thank you!
