ARTIST CALL — 2015-2016 Fellowship for Young Artists

An 18-month Fellowship at Gallery Route One for SF Bay Area artists aged 21 – 35

GRO is a nonprofit 501(c)3 art organization maintaining an alternative art gallery and community service programs.

The gallery is really a good place for people to begin thinking about what they would like to do, artistically, as they plan their next steps after school, or have already begun careers and want to see what a gallery’s daily life is like. We are in our 31st year in Point Reyes Station. Our major fundraiser, the Box Show, is on now, and it makes for a really great day trip from the city:

Current Fellow is Jessica Eastburn; click here for her website.

Who may apply: Artists in the Greater SF Bay Area, convenient to Point Reyes Station, aged 21-35, working in any fine art medium; no crafts.

October 1, 2014. Notification for round one will be Oct. 28. Finalists will be invited to a personal interview and review of artwork.
