Each year in July since 2004, the Pine Knot Village Artwalk showcases exhibits by regional and local artists selling their works in Oils, Acrylics, Mixed Media, Photography, Ceramics, Glass, Wood, Metal and Jewelry.

Summer 2013 is a turning point for the Artwalk as it will take on much more of an Arts Festival look and feel. We now have space for more than 80 Artists with the move to the Bartlett Events Area on Bartlett Rd adjacent to the Big Bear Lake Information Center.

Also new for this year is the addition of the Main Stage with live music performances on Saturday and Sunday, Gourmet Food Trucks for some fabulous eating and our Beer and Wine Garden for relaxing and taking in our clean mountain air and alpine landscape.

All this and the admission and parking is still free for you, family and friends to Enjoy Life, Enjoy the Arts in Beautiful Big Bear Lake!


Pine Knot Village Artwalk, is a juried arts and crafts show and sale. The show will be held outdoors in the Village, Big Bear Lake, CA as scheduled. There is no weather contingency. The show will take place primarily in the Bartlett Parking Lot Events Area “B” and along the common walkways in the village. There are spaces for 10’x10’ canopies. For larger exhibits 2 – 10×10 spaces can be combined. The applicant agrees to be present at the exhibit and sale during the hours of operation on Saturday and Sunday. The show is by invitation and is first come – first serve. There is no promise made with your acceptance that you will be accepted in future shows.

Open to fine arts and crafts, all work must be handcrafted by the exhibitor. No more than 20% of for sale work may be reproductions of original works. Any artisan refused for any reason prior to acceptance will have show fee returned un-cashed. Once accepted, there will be no refunds for any reason. Deadline for application is May 31, 2013 with late entries taken on a space available basis. Booth fees received within 30 days of the event must include a $25 late fee for consideration. Cancelations for any reason prior to the May 31, 2013 deadline are subject to a $40 administrative and processing fee.

To apply, send participation fee in full, payable to “United Wood Craftsmen”, 2 photos (4”x6” prints) of your work, 1 of your display and 1 self-addressed stamped envelope. Acceptance will be based on uniqueness of handmade work as well as booth appearance. Each participant must provide their own canopy, umbrella, displays, tables and chairs if used. Canopies must be weighted.
